Emergency Relief
St John's Care provides Emergency Relief in the form of perishable and non-perishable food items, clothing, bedding, transport and script assistance. Our Emergency Relief program is free and can be accessed by any members of the community.

Case Management
Case management coordinates and oversees services for individuals, ensuring they get the support they need. It involves assessing needs, creating care plans, formulating goals and collaborating with service providers to improve client outcomes.

Community Lunches
Join us for our monthly community lunches on the first Friday of each month (excluding January), from 12pm to 1:30pm. The lunches are free and open to everyone in the community. Bring your friends and family to savor a delicious meal while enjoying wonderful company. We look forward to seeing you there!

Christmas Hampers and Present Room
This Christmas, St John's Care is excited to spread holiday cheer with our festive Christmas Hamper and Present Room programs! Our Christmas hampers are brimming with delicious non-perishable food and delightful treats, and our Present Room is stocked with wonderful gifts for parents to choose for their children.
These programs are completely free, but registration is required. To register, give us a call on 6248 7771, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 2 pm - registrations open in November. We can’t wait to celebrate the season with you!

Gardening
This programs is currently being developed. We will provide you with more information once it becomes available.

Community Morning Tea
This free program is open to anyone interested in coming along and enjoying some sweet and savoury refreshments, a warm cup of tea or coffee, and/or friendly conversation with others. No registration is required, simply come along and enjoy the morning tea. This program is held on the third Friday of each month from 10am-12pm here at St John's Care.
